Shot blasting wheel technology has evolved significantly over the past few decades, and my 20+ years of experience in this field have afforded me a deep understanding of its advancements and applications.

 

From the early days of basic centrifugal blasting wheels to the sophisticated designs and control systems available today, I have witnessed and contributed to the evolution of this technology.

My expertise encompasses the selection, installation, and optimization of shot blasting wheels for various industrial applications, ensuring efficient operation, optimal performance, and minimal downtime.

 

Over the years, I have continuously stayed abreast of the latest developments in shot blasting wheel technology, leveraging this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and safety for my clients.

For Manufacturing

CNC Bending Machine

Computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending is a manufacturing process thot is carried out by CNC press brakes (also known as CNC brake presses).

 

These machines can bend sheet metal work from just a few mm across to sections many meters long on the largest industrial machines.

CNC Shearing Machine
(CNC Cutting Machine)

A high-efficiency CNC shearing machine, also known as a guillotine shear or power shear, is a machine tool that uses sharp blades to cut sheet metal and other materials.

CNC stands for “Computer Numerical Control,” which means the machine is controlled by a computer program.

CNC Vertical Machine

A CNC vertical mill machine has cylindrical cutters oriented vertically on a spindle axis.

 

This is especially useful for plunge cuts and drilling; these tools are considered to be the best for die sinking applications.

CNC Turning Machine

CNC lathe machines, or CNC turning machines are machine tools that rotate a bar of material, allowing the cutting tool to remove material from the bar until the desired product is remaining.

The material itself is secured to, and rotated by, the main spindle, while the cutting tool can be moved along multiple axis.

Balancing Machine

A balancing machine is used to determine the location and amount of unbalanced masses on a rotor. The rotor is mounted on the machine bearings and the machine spins the rotor.

 

Soft bearing machines measure the displacement of the ends of the rotor and bearings.

Laser Cutting Machine

Laser cutting machines are a tool used in a wide range of industries for precision cutting and designing projects.

 

The laser cutting machine emits a high powered laser beam to either cleanly cut or etch a specific design on materials such as steel, plastic or wood.

Bench Type
Drilling Machine

The bench drill is used for drilling holes through materials including a range of woods, plastics and metals.

 

It is normally bolted to a bench so that it cannot be pushed over and that larger pieces of material can be drilled safely.

Continuous Overhead Conveyor Finishing Line Plant

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.

 

Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.

Lathe Machine

This is one of the fastest cutting methods available that assures high-quality and precise cuts without causing any deterioration on the material.
